Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.

• Independent setup and prove-out competency signed off on required categories.
• Fluency with shop CNC controls including program editing and offset structures.
• 6–9 years of relevant CNC machining experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete setups on CNC turning and machining centers without supervision.
• Prove out new and revised programs; adjust toolpaths, offsets, feeds and speeds to tolerance.
• Interpret prints, GD&T, and translate them into setup decisions.
• Own dimensional quality using precision measuring equipment and perform first-article inspection.
• Edit and correct programs at the control and collaborate with CAM for releases.
