Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1+ year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proven ability to follow procedures and maintain safety practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency with basic math and data entry using a computer.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and promote AFL safety policies.
• Monitor production and perform efficient machine changeovers.
• Ensure parts meet quality specifications and production goals.
• Enter production and quality data into a computer.
• Maintain production area and equipment in clean, orderly condition.
• Assist other operators with machine setup and operation.
• Document and report quality issues.
• Complete assigned preventative maintenance tasks on time.
• Perform other duties as requested.
