Roembke Manufacturing & Design, a precision tooling shop in Indiana, seeks a skilled CNC Milling Machinist. You’ll set up and run vertical milling centers on diverse, one-of-a-kind parts rather than high-volume production.

You’ll read engineering drawings, edit CNC programs, and maintain tight tolerances while collaborating with engineers and other machinists. Expect modern equipment, clean work areas, and opportunities to improve processes and cycle times.

Qualifications

• CNC milling experience.
• Blueprint reading.
• G & M code knowledge.
• CNC mill setup experience.
• Ability to use micrometers, height gauges and precision inspection equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good attendance.
• Positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC vertical machining centers.
• Program and edit CNC programs.
• Machine precision tooling and mold components.
• Work from engineering drawings and CAD models.
• Hold tight tolerances.
• Inspect your own work using precision measuring equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering and other machinists.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Help improve machining processes and cycle times.
