Your resume and cover letter, tailored to exactly what they’re hiring for.
Roembke Manufacturing & Design, a precision tooling shop in Indiana, seeks a skilled CNC Milling Machinist. You’ll set up and run vertical milling centers on diverse, one-of-a-kind parts rather than high-volume production.
You’ll read engineering drawings, edit CNC programs, and maintain tight tolerances while collaborating with engineers and other machinists. Expect modern equipment, clean work areas, and opportunities to improve processes and cycle times.
At Roembke Manufacturing & Design, we don't produce high-volume commodity parts—we build precision tooling, molds, and automation used by manufacturers around the world.
If you're the kind of machinist who takes pride in holding tight tolerances, solving complex machining challenges, and continuously improving your craft, we'd like to talk with you.
We're looking for a CNC Milling Machinist who enjoys challenging work, modern equipment, and being part of a team that values quality over quantity.
This is not a production button-pushing position. Every day brings different parts, different setups, and new machining challenges.
420 Stainless, 440 Stainless, Stavax, P20 Tool Steel, H13, and S7 and others.
Required:
Roembke Manufacturing & Design continues to invest in modern manufacturing technology, advanced CNC equipment, and the people who run it. You'll work alongside experienced machinists producing challenging, one-of-a-kind tooling—not repetitive production parts.
We're searching for someone who:
If poor work ethic, excuses, or doing the minimum describes you, this position won't be a good fit.
If precision, accountability, and continuous improvement describe you, we'd love to meet you.
