Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking a highly experienced 1st shift CNC Milling Machinist to join our team.

As a CNC Milling Machinist, you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling centers, interpret drawings, edit CNC programs, and verify parts with precision measuring tools.

Pay ranges from $28.50 to $35.00 per hour with overtime opportunities, plus benefits from day one and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC milling experience with setup and operation.
• Ability to interpret verbal and written directions.
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
• Ability to read and utilize measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
• Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates, with experience calculating feeds and speeds.
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions and contributes well to a team environment.
• Technical Certificate or one-year program from a college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling centers per standards.
• Interpret drawings, process sheets, and instructions to determine sequences.
• Obtain tooling, set offsets, and maintain part specifications.
• Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs and Fanuc controllers.
• Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers and perform deburring.
• Support production flow and drive continuous improvement.
