Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is seeking a highly experienced 1st shift CNC Milling Machinist to join our team onsite. You will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling centers to produce precision components.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years milling experience, strong blueprint reading, and proficiency with G-Code/M-Code and Fanuc controls. We offer benefits from day one, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC vertical and horizontal milling experience with machine setup and operation.
• Ability to interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
• Ability to read and utilize measuring devices, including micrometers and calipers.
• Working knowledge of surface footage and feed rates, with experience calculating feeds and speeds.
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions and contributes well to a team environment.
• Technical Certificate or one-year program from a college or technical school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Machine Setup & Operation - Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling centers per standards.
• Blueprint & Process Interpretation - Read drawings, process sheets, and instructions to determine sequences.
• Tooling & Machine Adjustments - Acquire tooling, mount, verify, and adjust for accuracy.
• Programming & CNC Controls - Edit and modify CNC programs; troubleshoot Fanuc controls.
• Precision Inspection - Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers and other tools to print.
• Production Support & Continuous Improvement - Troubleshoot issues and optimize processes for better quality.
