Job summary

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a manufacturing company in Youngsville, NC, hiring a CNC Lead Machinist. This hands-on role requires strong CNC milling setup skills and the ability to guide a small team, ensuring smooth daily production.

1st shift is 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, with opportunities to optimize setup processes and tooling. The ideal candidate will have multi-axis experience, familiarity with Fanuc controls, and the ability to work with existing programs while maintaining high

Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience setting up CNC milling machines.
Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment and Fanuc controls.
Ability to follow detailed setup instructions and work with existing CNC programs.
Ability to troubleshoot setup issues and adjust tooling/offsets.
Proven leadership of a small production team.

Responsibilities

Set up CNC milling and turning equipment using current programs and documented setup instructions.
Support setups on 3-, 4-, and 5-axis equipment, with a focus on milling.
Adjust tooling and offsets to ensure successful setups and production.
Run and verify new programs prepared by the programming team; no programming required.
Provide hands-on leadership to approximately 6–7 employees and maintain production flow.
