Custom Staffing seeks a dynamic CNC Supervisor to lead our second shift in New Carlisle, Ohio. This role combines hands-on machine work with floor leadership, training, and accountability for a 7–9 person CNC team across departments.

The position requires 5–10+ years of CNC machining experience, strong math skills, and the ability to edit programs and improve processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5–10+ years CNC manufacturing and machining experience.
• Strong shop math including rates, ratios, percentages, fractions and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC turning or milling centers with close tolerances.
• Lead 7–9 employees on second shift and ensure compliance with Employee Handbook and ISO9000.
• Make programming edits and advance machining methods for new/complex jobs.
