Job summary

Top Echelon LLC seeks an experienced CNC Operator Lead to manage and optimize our machining operations in a hands-on leadership role. You will supervise operators, coordinate setups, and ensure parts meet blueprints and quality specs.

Strong Fanuc/CAM/CAD proficiency and GD&T knowledge are essential. You will drive process improvements, maintain production records, and collaborate with maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills, lathes, stamping presses, and other fabrication equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls, CAM programming, and CAD software.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T requirements.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments, tooling setups, and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with PLCs, welding techniques, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to use hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding techniques, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to use hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience leading a small manufacturing or machining team.
• Factory or warehouse experience involving material handling, packaging, assembly lines, or logistics.
