Qualifications

• Experience in CNC milling and turning.
• Strong programming and G-code knowledge.
• Mastercam CAM programming required.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Develop and modify programs using G-code/M-code, Haas/Fanuc controls, and Mastercam.
• Read blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes to meet tolerances.
• Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust in-process.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain equipment, workspace, and safety standards.
