Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist/Programmer to set up, program, and operate CNC milling and lathe machines in a precision manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Develop and modify programs using G-code/M-code, Haas/Fanuc controls, and Mastercam.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
• Select tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining processes to meet tight tolerances.
• Use precision measuring equipment including micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and CMMs.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make in-process adjustments.
• Operate manual mills, lathes, drill presses, and grinders.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain equipment, workspace, and safety standards.

Requirements

• CNC machining experience with both mills and lathes.
• Strong CNC programming and G-code/M-code knowledge.
• Mastercam/CAM programming experience required.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T skills.
• Experience with precision inspection/metrology tools.
• Haas/Fanuc control experience preferred.
• 4th/5th-axis and 3D CAD experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
