Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to own CNC Mill/Turn processes for critical rotating aerospace components at our Indianapolis, IN site. You will work with world-class CNC equipment, developing and testing new strategies to optimize productivity while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate on shop floor activities, report findings to senior management, and help implement continuous improvements in manufacturing processes and digital systems to meet safety,

Qualifications

• AAS degree in an engineering discipline with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 2+ years' experience or Master's in an Engineering discipline or JD/PhD in an Engineering discipline
• In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of relevant experience
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder

• Quality - drive a culture of zero defects and Right First Time
• Delivery - identify and develop opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes and digital systems
