Job summary

Avalign Technologies Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Turn Machinist to join our team in Indiana. The role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining mill turn machines to produce high-quality medical instruments and implants.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
• CNC mill turn experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain mill turn machines, finishing equipment, hand tools, and fixtures; perform burr removal as needed.
• Conduct machine setups, changeovers, and CNC program debugging, including adjustments and tool changes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, inspection check sheets, and work instructions accurately.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using calipers, micrometers, height stands, comparators, and other precision measurement tools.
• Use ERP and machine monitoring systems to manage work orders, track production, and document quality checks electronically.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
