Job summary

Avalign Technologies is seeking an experienced Mill Machinist on 3rd shift at our Warsaw, IN location. You will set up and operate 3/4/5 axis CNC milling centers, perform quality checks, and maintain tooling and fixtures to meet blueprint specifications.

This role requires careful reading of blueprints, precision measurement with calipers and micrometers, and adherence to production procedures. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, and the

Qualifications

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work operations sheets.
Experience with CNC milling machines and controls.
Proficiency with calipers, micrometers and height gauges.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate 3/4/5 axis CNC milling centers per blueprints and instructions.
Maintain CNC milling machines, tooling, and fixtures per procedures.
Perform quality checks using gauges and inspection documents (AQL).
Record production data and ensure accuracy of paperwork.
