Job summary

Globus Medical Inc. is seeking a CNC Operator B to operate CNC Mill/Turn machines, ensuring parts meet design drawings and specifications. You will perform changeovers, document quality inspections, and collaborate with teammates to maintain proper manufacturing practices and safety compliance.

Responsibilities include inspecting parts, following travelers and work instructions, and upholding company policies while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Manually dexterous with good mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to inspect parts visually, sometimes under a microscope.
• Intermediate math skills including geometric/trigonometric concepts.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Mill/Turn machines to produce parts meeting drawings.
• Perform machine changeovers and load/unload parts.
• Accurately complete quality control documentation and inspection sheets.
• Inspect products per drawings, travelers, and work instructions.
• Adhere to SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and training.
