Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience operating Swiss-style lathes in manufacturing.
• Experience with Citizen, Tsugami, or similar machines preferred.
• Strong blueprint reading, tolerancing, and gauging skills.
• Knowledge of quality systems and setup documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss-style lathe machines.
• Perform deburring, inspection, and troubleshooting.
• Read blueprints and work instructions.
• Use calipers, micrometers, height stands, and comparators.
• Manage work orders in ERP and document quality checks.
• Support NPI through program debugging and setup optimization.
• Coach teammates and participate in continuous improvement.
• Ensure on-time delivery and uphold quality standards.
