Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work with standard procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data recording.

Responsibilities

• Set up CNC mills for medium complexity jobs and produce parts efficiently.
• Collaborate with programming to prove out new programs and ensure defect-free processes.
• Complete setups and production runs within estimated timeframes.
• Follow company procedures for tool naming, fixtures, and safety practices.
• Inspect parts to tolerance and maintain accurate data records including cycle times.
• Troubleshoot technical problems at the machine and edit G-code as needed.
