Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Pay ranges from $30.00 to $40.00 per hour, with an ESOP and quarterly bonus potential. The role emphasizes precision, meeting customer specs, and maintaining a fully air-conditioned, professional shop environment.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of related experience, strong math skills, and the ability to read blueprints and tolerances. OT opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday.
• Strong math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurate interpretation of Geometric Tolerances.
• Strong analytical skills, precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce parts.
• Use a variety of precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections to meet specs and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials; maintain and clean equipment.
