Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with pay between $30.00 and $40.00 per hour.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet exact specifications. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive, employee-owned culture. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of related experience and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Must be able to perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Ability to accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools like drill presses and lathes to machine parts.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and related machinery to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements and inspections to ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
