WEBCO MFG is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role requires accuracy and efficiency to meet customer specs, with opportunities for growth in a fully employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am–3:30pm shift (Mon–Fri).
• Read blueprints and perform basic gauging and inspections.
• Understand ISO 9001 requirements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and tolerances; inspect parts for accuracy.
• Maintain tooling and machine cleanliness; report issues.
• Ensure production meets quality standards and specifications.
