Job summary

WEBCO MFG seeks a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team. The role operates CNC mills and lathes to produce parts per blueprints, with emphasis on accuracy and efficiency.

This full-time position offers a pay range of $30–$40 per hour, an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, strong benefits, and an air-conditioned, craftsman-friendly environment.

Work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with overtime opportunities and a supportive team that values quality and precision.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance.
• Strong precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes).
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections; ensure quality.
• Understand and comply with ISO 9001 regulations.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials; maintain equipment.
