Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in a full-time role. The position runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a pay range of $30.00–$40.00 per hour, and offers an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package.

As a CNC Machinist, you will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, inspect parts for tolerance, and ensure quality aligns with ISO 9001 standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience is required.
• Must be able to work 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri.
• Must be able to perform basic math and read tolerances.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret geometric tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Use precision tools and equipment (drill press, lathes, etc.).
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections to ensure quality.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery.
