Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The role runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering $30.00–$40.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime and quarterly bonuses.

You will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and help ensure quality and efficiency in production. We value precision, reliability, and strong math skills, with an ESOP-owned company culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years related CNC experience.
• Shift: 7am–3:30pm, Mon–Fri.
• Read blueprints and perform gauging and inspections.
• Follow ISO 9001 industry regulations.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required.
• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.
