Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years CNC operating experience or completion of a trade school degree in a related field.
• Hands-on experience operating CNC mills, preferably with Haas and Fedal machines.
• Experience with Fanuc controllers and performing basic G and M code edits.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mill machines, including Haas and Fedal brands, using Fanuc controllers to produce precision parts.
• Perform basic G and M code edits at the machine to adjust programs as needed for quality and efficiency.
• Complete tool changes and monitor tool wear to maintain consistent machining performance.
• Troubleshoot machining, tooling, robotic, and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow.
• Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and related documentation to ensure accurate part production.
