Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience and Mastercam proficiency
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Familiar with measuring tools and inspection methods
• Formal CNC training or apprenticeship completed
• Commitment to safety and quality standards

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills per drawings
• Create and optimize Mastercam toolpaths for efficiency
• Read blueprints and determine machining requirements
• Inspect finished parts for dimensional and surface finish
• Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling/speeds
• Maintain production records and machine maintenance logs
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean
