ENERSTAFF LLC is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist (Temp-to-Hire) in Houston, TX. The role focuses on setting up, machining, and producing high-tolerance parts on a CNC mill, following blueprints and tolerances to achieve quality and efficiency.

The position requires 5+ years of machining experience, fluency in English, and proficiency with Fanuc controls, GD&T, and precision metrology. Pay ranges from $28 to $31 per hour DOE, shift 5am-1:30pm, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5+ years of CNC milling experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret tolerances (GD&T).
• Fluent in English with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills with safety and professionalism.
• Study blueprints, drawings, and specs to determine dimensions and operations.
• Independently set up and run CNC milling jobs.
• Select tools, machines, and fixtures for machining tasks.
• Perform in-process inspection and adjust as needed.
• Monitor feeds and speeds and troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Ensure work meets highest quality and safety standards.
• Suggest improvements for methods, equipment, and quality.
