Job summary

TAIT is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist Level I in Lititz, PA to set up and operate milling equipment, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications. The role supports a Friday–Sunday overnight shift (5pm–5am) with training on 1st/2nd or Weekend Days as needed.

Candidates should be adaptable, with 1–3 years milling experience preferred and the ability to work OT. The position requires a high school diploma or trade training, proficiency with MS Office, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• MS Office experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Set up milling operations on assigned machines.
• Operate milling tools per programmed inputs.
• Read blueprints and job travelers for directions.
• Maintain and organize tooling and fixtures.
• Ensure accuracy by performing basic quality checks and first article inspection.
• Record labor and material usage in ERP system.
