Job summary

Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to produce precision aerospace/defense components. You will set up, program, and operate 3-axis and multi-axis CNC centers to meet print specifications.

You will read blueprints, apply GD&T, and verify part quality through probing routines and first articles. Familiarity with Fanuc, Milltronics, or Okuma controls is preferred, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of CNC machining experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T.
• Proficient with G and M code programming.
• Experience with CNC machining centers and machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis and multi-axis CNC centers.
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot G and M code programs.
• Perform tool offsets, setup, and probing routines.
• Work with Fanuc, Milltronics, Okuma controls.
• Run first articles and adjust programs to print specifications.
• Read blueprints and GD&T callouts to print.
