Daniels Manufacturing Corporation in Orlando, FL is seeking an experienced CNC Mill Machinist to support the production of precision components used in aerospace and defense. You will set up, program, and operate CNC milling centers to achieve required print specifications.

The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years of CNC machining experience, familiarity with G- and M-code, and experience with Fanuc, Milltronics, or Okuma controls.

Formación

• 1–2+ years of CNC machining experience
• Working knowledge of G- and M-code programming
• Experience with CNC machining centers and machine controls
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Preferred: Fanuc, Milltronics, or Okuma controls
• Multi-axis machining experience
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate 3-axis and multi-axis CNC machining centers
• Write, edit, and troubleshoot G and M code programs
• Perform tool offsets, work coordinate setup, and probing routines
• Work with Fanuc, Milltronics, Okuma controls
• Run first articles and adjust programs to meet print specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T callouts to produce parts to print
