Qualifications

US Citizen
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of Two years of CNC experience.
Aerospace experience required
Basic understanding of math or industrial mathematics.
Good written and verbal skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read technical drawings.
Ability to set, use or setup various measuring devices.
Solid problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate CNC milling and turning machinery as required with supervision.
Use manual inspection equipment as required (height stands, micrometers, indicators, dial bores, verniers).
Read/interpret operation sheets and work instructions.
Adhere to policies and standard work.
Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to improve processes.
Document and communicate manufacturing performance issues to reduce downtime.
Maintain clean and orderly work areas and equipment.
Follow all safety policies and regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned by Leads, Supervisors and/or Managers.
