Qualifications

• Set up, program and operate CNC machine tools.
• Read and interpret drawings per GD&T ANSI Y14.5 standards.
• Proficient in G-Code and M-Code programming and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, program, and operate CNC machine tools.
• Interpret engineering drawings and work orders to select tooling, fixturing, and machining strategies.
• Fabricate, inspect, rework, and calibrate components using precision measuring instruments.
• Design production aids, jigs, and fixtures to boost efficiency.
• Identify design-for-manufacturability improvements and communicate recommendations to engineering.
