Qualifications

• Proven experience operating 3-axis to 5-axis CNC mills.
• Strong blueprint reading skills and GD&T understanding.
• Knowledge of shop math, metal properties, and machining procedures.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective communication with team members and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate 3-axis to 5-axis CNC mills to produce precision parts.
• Load and unload materials and parts safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow traveler instructions and interpret blueprints, dimensions, symbols, and notes.
• Measure, document, and maintain inspection data for self and peers.
• Maintain or improve established production standards.
• Organize, clean, and maintain the work area.
• Complete discrepant tags and communicate issues, needs, and improvement suggestions with Engineering.
• Perform all machine setups and other functions as assigned.
