Qualifications

• 2–5 years of CNC machining or CNC operator experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience performing machine setups and tool changes.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Proficient in using precision measuring equipment.
• Strong understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Operate and independently run CNC mills, lathes, or other CNC equipment.
• Perform routine machine setups, load programs, change tooling, and verify first-piece quality.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and process documentation.
• Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges).
• Monitor machine performance and seek opportunities to improve cycle time and quality.
• Troubleshoot routine machining issues and maintain safety standards.
• Follow 5S and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
