Job summary

Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Kansas. The role focuses on efficient, precise machining to meet customer specs with high-quality output.

The successful candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and perform gauging and inspections while maintaining ISO 9001 standards. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Basic math and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce parts.
• Read blueprints, perform measurements, gauging and inspections.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean and maintain machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
