Job summary

WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Edgerton, KS. You will work Monday through Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, operating CNC mills and lathes to meet customer specifications with precision and efficiency.

The role requires reading blueprints, performing measurements, gauging, and inspections, and adhering to ISO 9001 standards. We offer an ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package in a home-grown, employee-owned environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Able to operate CNC mills and lathes.
• Capable of reading blueprints and performing measurements.
• Strong math and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Read blueprints, measure, gauge, and inspect parts to ensure quality.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• 2 years of related experience


• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F


• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions


• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance


• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
