Job summary

WEBCO MFG in Kansas City is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. This role operates CNC mills and lathes to produce parts from raw stock, following blueprints and tolerances to meet quality standards.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $30.00–$40.00, ESOP, quarterly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, a balanced M-F schedule, and opportunities for overtime. Join a growing, employee-owned company focused on quality and craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related experience.
• Able to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Reads blueprints and performs measurements.
• Interprets Geometric Tolerance.
• Maintains accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.
• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
