Job summary

Savard Group is seeking a skilled CNC Mill & Lathe Operator in Alabama. You will operate, program, and set up CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal parts, reading blueprints and work orders to drive accuracy.

You will install tooling, load materials, enter programs, select tools, monitor production, perform first-piece and in-process inspections, and maintain a clean, safe workspace. This role offers weekly pay with overtime potential.

Qualifications

• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce precision metal parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Set up machines with tooling, offsets, and CNC programs.
• Create and modify CNC programs for production.
• Inspect finished parts with calipers/micrometers and gauges.
