Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CNC machinist.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or higher in Machining, Manufacturing, or technical field preferred.
• Experience machining complex parts in metal and plastic.
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes, mills, and VTLs to produce high-precision components.
• Set up machines, load fixtures, change inserts, and run pre-written programs.
• Modify basic G-code as needed to support operations.
• Inspect parts using precision tools to verify conformance to specs.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Collaborate with quality teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
