Job summary

TURBOCAM Inc. in Barrington, NH is seeking a skilled Technician responsible for PM, calibration, diagnosis and repair of CNC lathes and milling machines. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems, address failing components, and understand complex controls.

You will join an on-call team, perform preventive maintenance, participate in equipment upgrades, and ensure safe operation. The role requires a technical degree and hands-on experience, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Two-year technical degree in electronics, machining or related subjects. Related experience accepted.
• Ability to evaluate and repair machinery.
• Electrical and Mechanical knowledge with proven troubleshooting capabilities.
• Basic understanding of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Epicor maintenance software.
• Must possess valid driver's license, forklift certifiable, able to obtain DOT health card.
• Must pass medical evaluation for respirator use and wear respiratory protection.
• Must lift 50 pounds safely and request assistance when needed.
• Must be able to climb in/out of small spaces and maneuver around machinery.
• Must have range of motion for stairs, ladders, walking, standing, and crouching for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Performing PMs and calibrations on TURBOCAM machinery.
• Maintaining, diagnosing and repairing TURBOCAM machinery.
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical problems to the failing component.
• Understanding complex controls.
• Acting as a member on the on-call team.
• Performing other duties as necessary.
