Job summary

TURBOCAM International in Barrington, NH, seeks a senior maintenance leader to drive equipment reliability across eight sites. You will lead site managers, coordinate with engineers and finance, and implement cost-effective maintenance and parts strategies.

Relocation support is available for the right candidate, and the start date is highly flexible. This role demands strong leadership, strategic planning, and execution across a growing manufacturing organization.

Qualifications

• 4-year engineering degree in a relevant field.
• 10 years of leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong financial analysis capability for technical decisions.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, and controls domains.
• 5 years of CNC or similar machine maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance site managers and staff to install, maintain, and retrofit shop floor machinery across 8 US sites.
• Set strategic maintenance priorities and allocate resources across teams.
• Develop performance measures for reliability, downtime, cost and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with engineers and finance to inform repair or replace decisions.
• Implement a common parts inventory system for cost control.
• Foster a culture aligned with TURBOCAM's mission and values.
• Act as on-call team member and lead training for staff.
