Job summary

MMT in Angleton, Texas is seeking a Manufacturing Application Technician to join our onsite team. You’ll operate CNC machines, perform basic setups, and troubleshoot mechanical issues to support daily production and keep equipment running at peak performance.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance and Quality to improve processes, implement tooling changes, and prevent downtime. Strong hands-on CNC experience, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read drawings are essential for

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Hands-on CNC machine experience with setup and adjustments.
• Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery, tooling, and equipment.
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical problems.
• Ability to read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines and support daily production.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and minimize downtime.
• Assist Engineering and Production with repairs and adjustments.
• Set up tooling changes and verify processes.
