Job summary

Taco Family of Companies is seeking a CNC Machine Operator I to prepare and run CNC lathes and mills on-site. You will follow blueprints and MPS/BOM, manage tooling, and ensure parts meet specifications. Safety and accuracy are essential as you contribute to efficient production.

The role requires basic setup, ERP data entry, and collaboration with the team on a fast-paced production floor. This full-time position offers on-site work and opportunities for growth within manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a trade school or vocational program preferred.
• CNC certification preferred.
• 1+ years of CNC operator experience preferred.
• Ability to read engineered drawings and blueprints.
• Competent with ERP data entry and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic setup and operation of assigned CNC machines.
• Produces components per blueprints, engineered drawings, MPS and BOM.
• Reviews ERP to determine orders to process.
• Maintains inventory of materials needed for production orders.
• Determines tooling requirements and setup for machined procedures.
• Loads pre-programmed machine commands and runs controls.
• Inspects parts to ensure they meet drawings and tolerances.
