Responsibilities

  • Execute CNC machine operations to produce parts that strictly adhere to engineering specifications and production schedules.
  • Interpret complex blueprints and technical documentation to ensure accurate setup and execution of production runs.
  • Manage tool offsets and perform minor program adjustments to optimize machine performance and output quality.
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
  • Prepare components for downstream processes, including deburring, cleaning, and finishing tasks.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and coolant systems to minimize downtime and maintain operational excellence.
  • Support secondary production tasks, including the use of manual drill presses and band saws, to meet team throughput goals.
  • Uphold a high standard of workplace safety and organization to foster a productive and secure environment.
