Job summary

Integrity Jobs in Salem, OH is seeking a skilled CNC machinist to set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss turning centers. You will read blueprints and CAD files, plan tool paths, and ensure cycles meet tight tolerances while maintaining surface finish.

You will perform data-driven adjustments, handle routine maintenance, and collaborate with teammates to improve processes and throughput in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/equivalent; additional machining education or certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC machinist or similar position.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Working knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code).
• Familiarity with a variety of machine tools and shop equipment.
• OSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10).
• GD&T, M-Code, CNC setup and changeover proficiency.

Responsibilities
