Core Responsibilities

• Configure and run CNC machinery to manufacture components that meet exact design requirements.
• Analyze and translate technical schematics, CAD files, and blueprints.
• Oversee machine performance and perform necessary tweaks to uphold our high-quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular equipment upkeep and resolve technical issues to keep production running smoothly.
• Work alongside colleagues to streamline workflows and boost overall shop productivity.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all quality and safety protocols.
• Record production metrics and keep precise logs of all completed tasks.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of high school or equivalent; a technical certification or degree in machining is preferred.
• Demonstrated history of success in a CNC Machining or comparable position.
• Expertise in deciphering and applying information from technical drawings and blueprints.
• Solid understanding of CNC programming syntax, such as G-code.
• Competence in handling a wide range of machining tools and hardware.
• A focus on precision and a dedication to delivering superior craftsmanship.
• Capacity to function effectively both autonomously and within a group in a high-speed setting.
