Job summary

Forge-Strategies is seeking skilled CNC Operators and Setup Technicians for 1st and 2nd shift to produce precision components. You’ll read blueprints, dial in offsets, change tools and inserts, and ensure quality through measurement with calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.

Qualifications

• Experience on CNC mills and/or lathes
• Blueprint reading and quality inspection experience
• Comfort with standard precision measuring tools

Responsibilities

• Transform prints into accurate parts on CNC mills and/or lathes
• Own process control: dial in offsets, manage tool and insert changes
• Protect quality: read blueprints and verify dimensions in process
• Measure precisely with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and more
• Support setups—or lead them if that’s your strength
