Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC Machining experience, including 5-axis.
• Ability to read and understand metric drawings.

CNC Manufacturing Shift Lead

Reports to the Manufacturing Team Lead

Shift:

M-TH, 3pm- 1:30am

Your Tasks

• Supervising and directing the work of manufacturing team members.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Managing the flow of materials and equipment to optimize production.
• Providing support and guidance to team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.
• Set up and operate CNC Milling machines to perform machining operations according to blueprints, engineering drawings and job orders.
• Creating CAM Programs using Fusion 360 software.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and machine accessories.
• Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as bore gauges and micrometers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality.
• Support the company’s strategic goals and values.

Your Profile

• Must have a minimum of 3+ years of CNC Machining experience. 5 axis experience required.
• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Must have the ability to read and understand metric drawings.
• Must have CAM programming (Fusion 360) experience
• Must be able to work with very little supervision.
• Must be able to adapt easily to changing work environments and be able to multitask.
• Must have strong attention to detail and deadline oriented.
