Job summary

Space Screw Inc is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to own end-to-end manufacturing for aerospace-grade parts. You will program Haas multi-axis mills and live-tooling lathes, set up and run jobs, and ensure parts meet print via in-process QC and GD&T interpretation.

The role requires 10+ years of experience with 5-axis capability, CAM tool proficiency (Fusion 360, FeatureCAM, Parts Maker), and a disciplined Lean/5S approach in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Fusion 360, FeatureCAM and Parts Maker for CAM.
• 10+ years experience in 5-axis milling and mill-turn or live-tooling lathes.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
• Able to read and interpret aerospace prints with GD&T.

Responsibilities

• Program and directly support machining of precision components to print.
• Set up, operate, and change over Haas CNC machines as assigned.
• Perform in-process and final quality checks; troubleshoot and adjust during runs.
• Continuously improve processes using Lean Manufacturing principles.
