You will read prints, interpret GD&T, and edit G-code at the control, while maintaining first-article quality in a job shop environment with a four-day workweek.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience programming CNC mills or lathes.
• Hands-on experience setting up own work on Haas equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T.
• Self-inspection and editing G-code at the control.
• SolidCAM experience is a major plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Own jobs from programming through setup, prove-out, and documentation.
• Create SolidCAM toolpaths; edit programs at the machine control as needed.
• Set tooling, workholding, work offsets, and verify first-article quality.

CNC Manufacturing Programmer – Haas/SolidCAM SpecialistLocation: Benton, TNSchedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:30am–5:00pm (first or second shift) — enjoy a four-day workweekPicture your day: you roll in at 6:30am, pull the print for a new component, and decide on the best strategy to machine it. You open SolidCAM to create toolpaths, head to a Haas mill or lathe to set tooling and work offsets, and run a careful prove-out. You inspect to GD&T, tweak code right at the control, and document everything so the next run is smooth—and no one needs to call you at home.
