• Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce high-precision components.
• Execute machine changeovers and adjust tooling, chucks, and attachments to optimize production cycles.
• Interpret complex blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances to ensure parts meet exact specifications.
• Utilize precision measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and CMM, to verify part quality.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace while adhering to all shop floor protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and management to prioritize tasks and manage daily workloads effectively.
• Support occasional off-site installation or maintenance projects as required.
